The police informs that GR, 25 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto, because while driving his vehicle in the opposite direction of movement, in “Berisha” street, he did not obey the order of the Municipal Police employee to stop and during the attempt to get away, hit him in the leg, with the tool.
The young man is charged with the criminal offense “Striking due to duty”, while the procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Tirana, for further action.
