The citizen with the initials EA will be investigated for the criminal offense “Waste Management”.
Such an action is considered an environmental crime and in more serious cases is punishable by imprisonment. Prime Minister Edi Rama has unveiled the plan for cleaning the territory, which in addition to policies aimed at better management of the situation, provides for punishment for all individuals and entities that pollute the environment.
