A 27-year-old Albanian was arrested two days ago at the Galileo airport in Italy.
As soon as he got off the plane, the police were waiting for the young man, after receiving information about his trip to Italy.
The 27-year-old traveled from Tirana to Italy around 13.00. An arrest warrant was issued for him by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Perugia last May, following a final investigation into the drug trafficking offense.
The details about this person date back to August 2008, when the authorities of the Perugia Flight Squad found the young man who was in possession of cocaine and a large amount of money.
Thus, the 27-year-old was arrested and sent to the “Don Bosco” prison, where he served a sentence of 2 years and 8 months in prison.
