The citizen with the initials AH was arrested because during the conflict over property with the citizen Q. Sh., he tried to kill the latter with a firearm.
The perpetrator shot at his fellow villager yesterday, while the police intervened to prevent the situation from worsening.
The arrested resident of Leshnjë i Skrapari is charged with the criminal offenses of “Deliberate murder”, attempted murder and “Carrying a weapon without a permit”.
The investigative materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Berat Judicial District Court, for further action.
