Hysen Pici from Shijaku, on Thursday evening was moving with a Range Rover vehicle in the neighborhood No. 1 in Durrës when a patrol of operational forces wearing police vests and a car with phenols signaled him to stop.
Pici who had an unlicensed weapon in his belt disobeyed the police order and gave gas to the car taking money from the police officer.
