A 43-year-old man who hit a police officer this morning was handcuffed.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 6, after receiving the notification that a citizen had hit a police officer, in “Thoma Koxhaj” street, they immediately organized the work, in order to identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
Following the actions, the citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto:
– EM, 43 years old, resident in Kombinat, for the criminal offenses “Striking due to duty” and “Intentionally causing serious injury”.
This citizen, today, in the street “Thoma Koxhaj”, hit due to duty, the employee of the Police PA, acting General Patrol Officer, and then left with a vehicle.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
