Suad Milani was traveling with his mother, on his motorcycle, in the village of Hot i Ri, when he collided with a vehicle.
The collision was powerful and the mother and son ended up in the hospital.
Today, the latter has died as a result of injuries received while the mother continues to be in serious condition.
Shkodra Police has not provided any information regarding this accident.
