Marku Debrova, 34, a resident of Elbasan, lost his life after falling from the terrace of a building that was being rebuilt in the center of Milot.
After this accident, the engineer of the construction company, Mondi Turhani, 56 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested.
The detainee worked for the company that had taken over the works on the outside facade of the building, from where the victim also fell while working.
The materials were forwarded to the Kurbin Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further actions for the criminal offense “Violation of the rules of protection at work”.
