A 37-year-old man with the initials AL, resident in Balldre, Lezha, was arrested after yesterday he collided with a Zetor, where as a result the driver died.
The incident took place in the village of Rranza in Vau i Dejës, while the perpetrator was riding a motorcycle without a driving license and then collided with Zetor.
As a result of the overturning of the agricultural vehicle, its driver died on the way to the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
The 37-year-old is charged with “Irregular driving” and “Violation of traffic rules”.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, for further action.
