A 65-year-old Albanian man has been found guilty of shameful gestures towards his compatriot’s 7-year-old son. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison without the right to appeal.
According to the indictment, from February to May 2017, the accused made sexual gestures by touching the minor on clothes.
The boy who was 7 years old at the time was going to a kindergarten and the accused, who was known to the child’s parents.

The accused did not appear in court as did the child’s family, while the kindergarten teacher gave her testimony saying that the child refused to follow the accused when he left the kindergarten.
Earlier, the parents had demanded that the accused receive the punishment he deserved if his guilt were to be proven.
