The Special Court passed for trial the file against the former director of ART Thoma Gëllci. During the preliminary hearing, Gëllçi denied the accusations but requested a shortened trial.
Through the defense lawyer, the former director has requested to be tried with the evidence collected so far by SPAK. In addition to the former director Defendant also Julian Tapia and Ervin Muhja.
SPAK has accused the former General Director of the Albanian Radio Television Thoma Gëllçi and three other officials of abuse of office in a procurement procedure for TV Agro, worth 86 million ALL.
