Gentian Medja has been appointed a judge in the Supreme Court by the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta.
The filling of this vacancy has been announced for application since 26 February 2020, with decision no.83 of the High Judicial Council (HJC). So this promotion procedure has fully lasted 2 (two years.
With this new appointment, as of today, the Supreme Court is made up of 11 judges, out of 19 that this court should have.
