The second page states that the constituent parties are “SMI – PD Provisional Re-establishment Commission and PDK”. It is clear that the chairman of the DP and the only person authorized to submit requests on behalf of the DP is Lulzim Basha or alternatively an authorization has been filed for Indrit Sefa. In this case, the DP has not had and will not have any request to be a participant, political leader or leader in a coalition, so any request made on behalf of the DP is contrary. These elements make it impossible for this coalition to register in that form, in that content that it lacks a deadline and has included a political party that has no point of will or desire.
