The New Democratic Spirit party this Wednesday submitted to the Central Election Commission the request to participate in the local by-elections that are expected to be held in six municipalities of the country on March 6.
On this date, the citizens of Shkodra, Vora, Dibra, Durres, Lushnja and Rrogozhina will go to the polls to elect their mayor.
The election campaign starts on February 19.
654,538 citizens have the right to vote in the local by-elections
Voting will take place in 941 polling stations.
The Interior Ministry announced that 10,134 voters are voting for the first time. 135 citizens were not included in the lists due to decriminalization.
