KLP announces that on the proposal of the Career Development Commission, the Council decided unanimously to approve the draft-act for the termination of the command of the prosecutor Arens Çela, in the General Prosecution and his return to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Tirana, where he is appointed as a prosecutor.
His appointment comes after the appointment of the head of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Tirana, Elizabeta Imeraj, by the Special Appellate Panel
Present at the meeting were all members of the High Prosecution Council and representative guests from the OPDAT Program.
