During this year, more tourists are expected to come to Albania than in 2019, therefore the state police has drafted a plan of measures to ensure order and security in the country.
Unlike every other year, this tourist season, from July 1, the Rapid Intervention Forces will be engaged, which will patrol the national axes, mainly those that lead to the coast.
FNSH will be engaged 24 hours with mobile patrols on the axes with more movement in order to prevent criminal events.
Also, the border police at all crossing points have spent 12 hours on tour in order to facilitate the movement of citizens and prevent the creation of long queues both at the entrance and exit.
Data generated by the border will also be processed by the criminal police to identify persons with a criminal record or who have information that they may commit a criminal offense.
If the information is concrete the person will be kept under surveillance in order to prevent serious events.
A role in this plan of measures also have the anti-terror agents who will pass through the filter mainly foreigners coming to our country.
