A 53-year-old man with the initials B. Zh., Resident in Bajram Curri, Tropoja, was arrested, after about 18 kilograms of suspected cannabis, a pistol firearm, ammunition and a cell phone were found and seized in his apartment.
Following the information received, the police operation codenamed “Again” was organized and successfully finalized, as a result of which the 53-year-old was arrested.
Investigations are underway to identify and arrest other persons involved in this criminal activity.
The investigative materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tropoja Court of First Instance, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition.”
