The services of the Saranda Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force in DVP Vlora, following the work to uncover criminal events that occurred before and bring their perpetrators to justice, after a thorough investigative work, organized and successfully finalized the police operation codenamed “Flames”, in which the citizen was handcuffed:
– Marjo Sinani, 41 years old, resident in Saranda, for the criminal offense “Destruction of property by fire”, previously convicted of destroying property with explosives and arson. He is suspected of being paid to destroy archived documents at the notary office
From the investigative actions it is suspected that the citizen MS, on 06.06.2022, set fire to the notary office of the citizen AA, in the city of Saranda. As a result, a part of the documentation (archive) kept by the citizen AA was burned in the office premises.
As material evidence, clothes and gasoline that were suspected to have been used by the 41-year-old during this event were seized.
