A fire has engulfed this afternoon the inert waste collection site of the city of Vlora.
They were not urban waste, but used tires, which made the black smoke cover a large area of the neighborhood “Kushtrimi” of Vlora.
It is not the first time this has happened in the area, adding to suspicions that the fires are intentional.
