The Chief Prosecutor of Korça, Dhorina Theodhori, has completed the investigation for file 664 of the alienation of “Morava Resort” in “Montrelux”, where she has fully proved that the businessman Arben Reli has illegally built thousands of square meters on the mountain of the same name. The criminal proceedings started after the investigation of the show “Fiks Fare” on “Top Channel” which ascertained with sound, image and documents these constructions.
The newspaper “Shqip”, referring to the investigative file of the Korça Prosecutor’s Office, informs that so far two charges have been proven: illegal construction and deforestation. Meanwhile, investigations into document forgery and abuse of office continue!
In this indictment it is written in black and white that “from the acts administered in the report material it results that on July 8, 2020, on the national television ‘Top Channel’, the investigative show ‘Fiks Fare’ was published a case of abuse according to them in charge of the citizen Arben Reli, builder who has built additions to the complex ‘Morava’ or ‘Montrelux’ without the relevant permit “. After learning about this case, – writes the Korça Prosecutor’s Office, – a series of preliminary investigative actions were carried out by the prosecution.
“Thus, after going to the ‘Morava’ or ‘Montrelux’ complex, the inspection of the place under investigation was documented. From the inspection it results that in it there were fresh construction works, additions, warehouse, installation of gas plant, cutting of pines and pouring concrete on them ”are some passages from the acts of file 664.
Further, the prosecution body writes that the opening of roads as well as a wall at a considerable distance was found. “In this place, metal scaffolding has been found, which have been placed to work, iron grills, etc.” writes the Korça Prosecutor’s Office.
Meanwhile, the investigations of the Korça Prosecutor’s Office have focused on the responsible name: Arben Reli!
He was taken as a defendant and was charged with two counts of “illegal construction” and “illegal logging”.
