Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section in DVP Fier, based on information gathered in the police street about a citizen who in his tobacco shop, possessed and distributed solid narcotics in doses, have organized the work and in cooperation with the Operational Force in DVP Fier finalized the police operation codenamed “Tabacino”.
During the control exercised in the neighborhood “11 Janari”, Fier, in the tobacco shop owned by the citizen AM, as well as later during the control of his apartment, were found in total and seized as material evidence 88 doses of narcotics cocaine, 40 plant shredders such as those used for the preparation of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, sachets and other items used for the preparation and sale of the narcotic substance Cocaine.
Following the actions, the Specialists for Narcotics Investigation in DVP Fier arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen AM, 26 years old, resident in Fier, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Fier Court of First Instance, for further procedural actions.
