The head of SPAK, Arben Kraja in a communication for the media this Wednesday said that it is not in the competence of the Special Prosecution to issue personal data through the database.
“I hope to consolidate the national investigation bureau. SPAK continues on the basis of competencies and data extraction is not in our competence, nif after the investigations there will be issues that will belong to us we will definitely deal with the investigation”, said Kraja.
The Prosecution announced that it has launched investigations into the publication of salaries of over 630 thousand Albanian and foreign employees, both in the public and private sector.
