The police has declared wanted for the criminal offense “Illegal possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”, the citizen Dh. M., 62 years old, resident in the neighborhood “Osman Haxhiu”, after during the control of his apartment were found and seized as material evidence a quantity of bullets, combs, carrying cartridges, incendiary grenades and war grenades.
For this case, the citizen AM, 42 years old, resident in the neighborhood “Osman Haxhiu”, was prosecuted for the criminal offense “Failure to escalate the crime”.
Meanwhile, the citizen LQ, 38 years old, resident in Narta, Vlora, was prosecuted for the criminal offense “Intentionally slightly injured”, after hitting with strong objects, for weak motives, the citizen OH, 34 years old, resident in the neighborhood “July 10”, Vlora.
The police arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense “Irregular driving”, citizen AC, 54 years old, resident in the neighborhood “Lef Sallata”, Vlora, after being found by the Police services, driving the vehicle, drunk.
Specialists of Crime Investigation at the Saranda Police Commissariat declared wanted for the criminal offenses “Opposition of a public order police officer” and “Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer”, citizen E. Sh., 44 years old, resident in Saranda, as he disobeyed the order of the police officers to stop and left the checkpoint.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
