Overnight, Russian troops stormed a kindergarten, a palace and a shop in Chernihiv, northern Ukraine. No casualties have been reported so far.
The State Emergency Service said the attacks began around 2 p.m. In footage provided by Top Channel it appears that a shell hit the foundations of a five-storey building, setting fire to the apartments on the first and second floors.
Another shell hit a kindergarten, causing a fire. Also, another shell learned has hit a store in the central market.
For 5 days, Russian troops have entered Ukraine, while today the meeting between the Russian-Ukrainian delegations in Belarus will take place.
