Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu has learned that the Socialist Party has made a proposal in recent days to the chief of infectious diseases Najada Çomo to run in Tirana.
It is learned that it was Prime Minister Rama himself who communicated this proposal to doctor Najada Çomo by phone.
