The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, will visit Tirana today after a visit to Serbia and then continue to Bosnia & Herzegovina.
The agenda envisages that the senior European official will be received by the head of government Rama at 10:15.
Then at 10:30, a closed-door meeting of the two delegations will take place.
While at 11:15 a joint press conference will be held between Michel and Prime Minister Rama.
The visit of the senior official of the European Union comes at a time when the pressure for the integration of Albania and Northern Macedonia from the EU countries is increasing, especially related to the Russian occupation of Ukraine and the impact it may have on the Balkans.
