A plane sent from Moscow to pick up Russian diplomats deported from Greece and then from Spain, was forced to make a 15,000km diversion due to a ban on EU flights.
“While Spain and Greece once made an exception for the entry of aircraft into their airspace, flights sailed to other countries that hold bans on Russian flights,” said the flight tracking website FlightRadar24.
The total length of the flight was 15 thousand 163 km.
