The leader of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, has invited the opposition to participate in the process of electing the new president.
Through a post posted on social networks, Balla says that in the coming weeks a dialogue is needed with parliamentary and opposition groups in the Assembly.
“The Albanian Parliament is the place of constructive dialogue. We need to break away from the stale patterns of the past in all its forms and work together for the future.
The process of electing the President of the Republic in which the Albanian Parliament will be invested in the coming weeks, will reflect our readiness for dialogue with opposition parliamentary groups in the Assembly.
We will give Albania a normal President and completely different from the outgoing president“, Writes Balla.
