Eight people have been arrested during the last 24 hours in Tirana for various criminal offenses, while three others have been declared wanted.
A 27-year-old man with the initials KQ, a resident of Tirana, was arrested after being sentenced to one year in prison by the Gjirokastra Court of First Instance after helping several people cross the border.
The citizen with the initials EF, 41 years old, was arrested for the criminal offense “Fraud”, after the measure was imposed by the Court of First Instance Elbasan.
A citizen with the initials FK, 51 years old was arrested in flagrante delicto after moving with cocaine.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 1 arrested also Exercising physical and psychological violence against his wife, arrested 47-year-old with initials SP, resident in Krrabë.
During the control in the vehicle of the citizen AB, 28 years old resident in Durrës, a metal handle was seized.
RK, 32 years old, was declared wanted, sentenced to 1 year, 2 months and 28 days of imprisonment for the criminal offense “Intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm”.
Citizens EH, 35 years old and Xh. L., 31 years old, resident in Tirana were arrested by the police after driving their respective vehicles, without a driving license.
According to the police, the materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana Judicial District Court, for further procedural actions.
