Irish actress Melanie Clark Pullen, best known for her role in EastEnders, has died at the age of 46.
Born in Bray, Co Wicklow, Clark Pullen was diagnosed with cancer, a disease that took her life.
As Mary Flaherty, she appeared in more than 130 episodes of the BBC soap opera between 1997 and 1999.
She also appeared on RTE’s Fair City, The Clinic, Rae and The Big Bow Show, where she “shone” with her roles.
