A young girl has fallen to her death from the terrace of a shopping center while performing extreme danger scenes with her motorcycle.
Maribel Espitia from California, USA, was identified by friends as a performance motorcyclist. The young woman died from the serious accident that happened in Los Angeles.
Police said Espitia had either failed to brake before colliding with the wall in the Santa Clarita parking lot, or had lost control before the horrific accident.
Their employees said the mall parking lot was known as a destination where motorcyclists performed dangerous maneuvers.
Two boys and two girls were doing acrobatics on their motorcycles before Espitia’s death, and the parking lot floor was filled with motorcycle tire marks.
Local Sheriff Dave Shoemaker said: “I know friends try to learn tricks from each other, but it’s best to take a professional course.”
Espitia was treated at the scene but later died at the hospital. Authorities classified the incident as a “tragic accident”.
