A 27-year-old man was declared wanted this Tuesday in Lezha, after it is suspected that he planted cannabis on a plot of land.
The narcotics parcel, in the village of Lalm i Ri, Kolsh administrative unit has been identified by a police drone. While in the vicinity of this environment, in another forested land area, some other suspected narcotic plants cannabis sativa have been found cultivated.
Police notification:
Following the work to prevent, identify and crack down on criminal activity in the field of narcotics, the services of the Lezha Police Commissariat have continued the detailed controls of the territory, from the air and from the ground.
As a result of drone checks, in the village of Lalm i Ri, Kolsh administrative unit, on a surface of forested ground, suspected narcotic plants cannabis sativa were found cultivated.
Also, in the vicinity of this environment, in another forested land area, some other suspected narcotic plants cannabis sativa have been found cultivated.
Following the investigative actions, it became possible to identify the suspected perpetrator, citizen FP, 27 years old, resident in the village of Lalm, who was declared wanted and work is underway to capture him.
Work is underway to fully document this criminal activity, identify and apprehend other persons involved.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Lezha Judicial District Court, for further actions.
