The picture shows the moments when a mother and her child are rescued from the deadly rocks off the coast of Wales in Britain, where they had fallen.
The still unnamed mother had crashed into the dangerous rocks while walking with her two children.
She had slipped and been injured in the rocks of the Gower Peninsula on Sunday in Swansea Bay.
But after the reaction of the authorities, the mother and her children were rescued by air intervention, taking off by helicopter over the wild waves of the sea.
Emergency services were heroically notified by the other child who had left behind family and mother to seek help.
A Coast Guard official said: “When we arrived at the scene an adult and two children were trying to push him between the rocks.”
“The adult female was knocked down and injured in the head, so she could not continue advancing. One child had managed to return to the beach and asked for help, while the other had stayed with the mother.
The spokesman said the pair had taken off by helicopter to be taken to hospital yesterday afternoon.
“A preliminary assessment made by the helicopter doctors showed a serious condition of the injured. “Some aid boats also came near the waterfront but returned after the helicopter arrived,” he added.
