Ivi Kaso, Ervin Minarolli. It is about the criminal offense of “Forgery of stamps, seals or forms” committed in collaboration, provided by Article 190 paragraph 2 and 25 of the Criminal Code. The report addressed to SPAK states that these are persons who have held functions in the DP, are aware of the rules of the statute, and have committed the criminal offense of using the seal and symbols to achieve their goals, despite being aware of legal consequences. DP has filed the report in SPAK, as 3 of the defendants are members of the Albanian Parliament.
