Rocket attacks in Mykolaiv, Ukraine have caused massive casualties.
According to the BBC, the report states that at least 45 people have died.
BBC correspondent Andrew Harding in Odessa said at least two rockets were reported to have hit army barracks in the north of the city.
Harding said the barracks were being used to train local soldiers in the city that has curbed a major Russian offensive along the Black Sea coast.
“Mykolaiv has experienced weeks of intense bombing after Russian troops withdrew from the city,” he said.
“Russian forces then tried to bypass the city to the north, but were again blocked by the Ukrainians,” the journalist added.
