The Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime has submitted to the Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, the request for confiscation of the assets of the citizen Andrea Dinga, as it does not justify the income.
It turned out that the Albanian citizen Andrea Bektash Dinga alias (Shtëpënja) alias (Priest), is subject to the normative act, as with decision no. 6995/2014 dated 08 October 2014 of the Court of Appeal in Milan / Italy has been found guilty of the criminal offenses of “Illegal Immigration” and “Exploitation of prostitution”. Also, according to the information received from the National Central Office Interpol Tirana, this citizen was arrested in England for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics.” In these circumstances, this citizen is subject to the normative act.
“From the data administered by Operation Force of Law, it results that this citizen and other related persons do not have legal income to justify their assets.”
