The chairwoman of the Technical Committee of Experts, Mira Rakacolli, when asked by journalists about the anti-corruption measures and the approach of the April 25 elections, said that the decisions are made taking into account the epidemiological situation and not the election campaign.
“They are absolutely not related to the elections. This disease was a new event for the whole world. We all start from epidemiological science, from different indicators. Measures that have been reasoned to be deterrent and inhibitory are different in different countries. “Albania, with the figures it has had, we think that so far the measures have been reasonable as they have been taken to preserve the health of the people and are absolutely not related to any kind of certain political situation”, said Rakacolli.
Further, the Technical Committee of Experts has stated that the measures set for the spread of coronavirus will continue to remain in force.
