As a result, two citizens have been handcuffed and another is being prosecuted for distributing small doses of narcotics.
The citizen EH, 30 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”, because during the control exercised in the apartment owned by this citizen, in “Princ Vidi” street, the Police services found and seized, in the quality of material evidence, 2 kg and 500 grams of suspected narcotic substance of the type cannabis sativa. He then divided it and sold it in doses, in different areas of the city of Tirana.
The citizen SS, 19 years old, resident in Tirana, was also arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”. Also, the citizen BK was prosecuted at large
During the search of these citizens and the control of the vehicle driven by the SS citizen, the Police services found quantities of cannabis sativa narcotics, divided into doses, ready for sale.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana Judicial District Court, for further procedural actions.
