The event that took place on November 20, 2020, where two groups of people fired at each other, is clarified and documented with legal evidence.
Specialists of the Section for Investigation of Crimes against Person in the Local Police Directorate of Dibër in cooperation with the Police Commissariat Bulqiza, as a result of an uninterrupted investigative work and the continuation of in-depth investigations to uncover and document with legal evidence an event that took place in in 2020 against the person, under the direction of the Dibër Prosecutor’s Office, the police operation codenamed “Black Lake” was successfully finalized, as a result of which the execution of security measures and the arrest of citizens took place:
Sh. T., 53 years old, resident in Bulqiza, (with security measure arrest in prison)
ET, 25 years old, resident in Bulqiza, (with security measure arrest in prison)
AA, 34 years old, resident in Tirana, (with the security measure of arrest in prison, he is currently detained for another criminal offense in prison 313 Tirana).
LL, 29 years old, resident in Bulqiza, (under house arrest).
From the entirety of the investigative actions performed, the information obtained on the operational road and the legal (scientific) evidence provided, it was managed to document the event that took place on November 20, 2020, on the road axis Bulqiza-Fushë Bulqiza, where due to a conflict previous for ownership motives, citizens Sh. T. and ET, traveling in their vehicle, fired at the vehicle traveling citizens BS (Z), and AA, who responded by firing.
Investigations have shown that the citizen LL was involved in this event, who took actions to prevent the discovery of the truth.
The Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Dibër has ordered the execution of the criminal decision of the Court of First Instance Dibër which has imposed measures to secure the arrest of these citizens as suspects for the criminal offenses of “Premeditated Murder”, committed in collaboration , remaining in the attempt, “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”, “Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth”.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution for further action.
