DCI Mark Rogers who is leading this investigation says that the victim Ermali lost his life in tragic circumstances as he remained isolated inside this building turned into a cannabis farm which was engulfed by large flames.
“We seek the help of the public in this investigation who may have passed near this building.” declared Rogers.
