Xhelo says that, to date, although he has complained to the General Directorate of Prisons, the Ministry of Justice, or even other institutions, he has not received this amount. Everyone admits that he had money in the prison of Rrogozhina, but no one gives it to him, because they tell him that “have reported the employees who received this money “. The complainant went and inquired at Rrogozhina Prison, while an employee told him he had to return in a few minutes. Following these responses, Fiks Fare sent a request for information to the General Directorate of Prisons. According to them, the problem of the former convict Xhelo Kumria “is a known problem, ascertained since 2013”.
