Former Secretary General Alqi Bllako will appear at 10 am in front of the Special Court of Appeals after requesting a change of the security measure from imprisonment to a lighter measure.
The former official’s appeal was filed through his lawyer who opposes the measure of special judge Irena Gjoka. The case will be heard behind closed doors, while Blako insists it is not dangerous and is available for justice.
