Another internationally wanted citizen is arrested and handcuffed for extradition to Italy.
At the entrance of the Blatë Border Crossing Point, the Border Police services, as a result of increased measures and exchange of information with the investigative structures of DVP Dibër and Interpol Tirana, have detained the citizen declared internationally wanted:
Roland Farruku 45 years old, resident in Peshkopi, Dibër.
During the processing and verification of data in the system, this citizen turned out to be a person declared internationally wanted by the Italian authorities, after the Court of Ancona, sentenced this citizen to 11 years, 10 months and 25 days in prison, for the criminal offense “Traffic Narcotics ”, provided by the Italian Criminal Code.
At the end of the first investigative actions, the specialists of the Sector for Crime Investigation in DVP Dibër made the provisional arrest of this citizen, in order to extradite him to Italy.
