The 30-year-old committed the thefts in Germany and after documenting these thefts by the German authorities, the Court of First Instance of Durrës has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for this citizen.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Durrës Police Commissariat detained the wanted citizen AL, 30 years old, resident in Durrës, after in cooperation with the citizen GO, for a period of 3 years, have committed 23 thefts in the German state. The income he benefited from the thefts, the citizen AL sent to Albania.
Citizen GO was sentenced by German judicial authorities to 4 years in prison.
The Court of First Instance of Durrës, after documenting the thefts from the German state, on 04.06.2021, has imposed on the citizen AL, the measure “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offenses “Theft” committed in collaboration, more than once and “Laundering the proceeds of crime or criminal activity”.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
