There were debates at the meeting of the National Council of the Democratic Party after it was said that the statute for elections was violated again.
The debate took place between the chairman of the council and the functional secretaries and members, as for the chairman there should be two candidates while the members and secretaries should have been by secret ballot.
Salianji: We have to return the race and the vote, after December 18, not the appointment. This is the first Council after the Assembly on December 18, it was clear that the rostrum did not achieve the goal to delegitimize any DP institution. Also last time in this Council was voted by open ballot and there was no contestation and new circumstances.
But these circumstances and the expectation of the Democrats and the Albanians from us is already much higher. Thus some issues raised are concerns for the Democrats, and since this meeting is the first meeting after the National Assembly on December 18 chose the future being separated from any bad practice of the past in the first place.
