The death of two teenagers, two days ago in Durrës, is suspected to have come as a result of the drunken state of the driver who crashed the moped, but also the driver who was driving the latter.
The driver of the moped, whose son lost his life along with another minor in the Shkozet accident, was arrested this Thursday.
Both drivers were in a drunken state. Road traffic specialists in Durrës arrested in flagrante delicto citizens Xhulio M., 22 years old and Sokol K., 47 years old, both residents of Durrës.
Their arrest was made after the late night of February 8 in the street “Bajram Tusha”, in Shkozet, neighborhood no. 14 of Durrës, the 22-year-old, driving the vehicle in a drunken state, collided with a motorcycle that was driving drunk by the 47-year-old.
As a result, the citizen Franc K., 16 years old, the son of the moped driver, lost his life at the scene and the citizen Daniel H. was seriously injured, who later lost his life in the hospital. Also, as a result of the accident, the citizens DQ and MA, who are out of danger for life, were injured.
