During the control exercised on the subject of this citizen, in Dobraç, with the field of activity of production, packaging and trade of detergents, the Police services have found and seized as material evidence, various industrial products for which the 54-year-old did not have the relevant certificate. of trademark registration.
Investigative actions have shown that the citizen BK produced and traded these products, illegally, causing damage to the health of their users.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, for further actions, for the criminal offense “Illegal production of industrial and food items and goods.”
