He was also declared wanted and work is underway to apprehend AA citizen, 46 years old, resident in Hekal, Mallakastër. The citizen EL was ascertained by the Police services, in the place called “Mollaj”, in the bed of the river Vjosa, corroding and taking inerts with trucks, while the citizen AA, the owner of the truck, was declared wanted. The police services seized a digger and two trucks that were used to collect aggregates. Work continues to identify other persons involved in this criminal activity. The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Fier Court of First Instance, for further action. The Fier Police Directorate appeals to all citizens not to attempt to commit environmental crimes, such as illegal construction, illegal logging, air pollution, water pollution or any other crime, as they will face the force of law. DVP Fier invites the citizens to report to the number 112 and to the Digital Commissariat, any illegality, guaranteeing them complete anonymity, immediate and impartial reaction.
