In the last 24 hours, 3025 tests were performed, of which 700 citizens tested positive with COVID19, in the following municipalities:
277 in Tirana, 47 in Shkodra, 42 in Durrës, 34 in Vlora, 30 in Berat, 27 in Fier, out of 23 citizens in Gjirokastra, Saranda, 18 in Korça, 15 in Lushnje, 14 in Elbasan, 11 in Kuçova, 10 in Lezha, from 9 citizens in Kavaja, Tepelena, from 7 citizens in Peqin, Pogradec, Kamza, 6 in Poliçan, from 5 citizens in Prrenjas, Përmet, Delvinë, Mallakastër, Kukës, from 4 citizens in Malësi e Madhe, Mirditë, Kurbin, Vora, Memaliaj, Devoll, Gramsh, 3 in Divjaka, by 2 citizens in Vau i Dejes, Puka, Has, Tropoja, Rrogozhina, Mat, Himara, Kolonja, Librazhd, by 1 citizen in Belsh, Cerrik, Skrapar, Dimal, Patos, Roskovec, Bulqizë, Dibër, Krujë, Shijak.
There are 11,540 active COVID19 patients nationwide.
Currently 123 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals, of which 12 are in more serious condition. In the last 24 hours, despite the efforts of the medical staff, there are six lives lost with SARS-COV2 positive: a citizen from Korça 48 years old, two citizens from Tirana aged 66-71 years, a citizen from Vlora 71 years old, a citizen from Durrës 78 years old, a citizen from Elbasan 84 years old.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection expressed its condolences to the families.
1048 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 251,477 since the beginning of the epidemic.
