Situation in the last 24 hours, as follows: 1,586 tests were performed, of which 123 citizens tested positive for COVID19 in the following municipalities:
47 in Tirana, 10 in Lushnje, 9 in Berat, 6 in Saranda, 5 in Fier, 4 in Durrës, 3 in Mirditë, Delvinë, Gjirokastër, Elbasan, Prrenjas, 2 in Vau i Dejës, Shijak, Kurbin, Divjakë, Selenica, 1 in Shkodër, Malësi e Madhe, Puka, Kukës, Tropojë, Lezhë, Kamëz, Vora, Kavaja, Mallakastër, Vlora, Dropull, Përmet, Pogradec, Dimal, Kuçovë, Peqin.
There are 2,050 active COVID19 patients nationwide.
Currently 45 patients are receiving treatment in COVID hospitals, of which 7 are in more serious condition. In the last 24 hours, despite the efforts of the medical staff, there are two loss of life with SARS-COV2 positive: a 75-year-old citizen from Tirana and an 88-year-old citizen from Kavaja.
282 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 266,301 since the beginning of the epidemic.
